Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on our website. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order.
Please note that any orders that contain a pre-order won't be dispatched until items in the order are available. Please keep this in mind before you place any orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items. Please place a separate order to receive in-stock item(s) sooner!
You can cancel your pre-order at anytime up to the item’s dispatch, please contact us available here. If you have registered an account with us please login to cancel your pre-order. Our usual return conditions apply. Click here to view our returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE
If the price drops online on an item you have pre-ordered after you have placed the order, you will pay the lower price.
If the price goes up on an item you have pre-ordered after you have placed the order, you will be charged at the original, lower price!
You will never be penalised for ordering early, this is our Online Pre-Order Price Guarantee!
SOLD OUT ITEMS
Where certain items are ‘unavailable to purchase at present time’ on konsolekingz.co.uk or via the Konsole Kingz app, you may be given the opportunity to ‘Notify Me When Available’.
If you choose to ‘Notify Me When Available’ Konsole Kingz Customer Service will notify you as soon as the item is available to purchase on konsolekingz.co.uk or via the Konsole Kingz app. No payment is taken during this process and the product is not reserved for you.
We are not able reserve items or guarantee size availability.
