Mario Kart 8 is back and bigger than ever on Nintendo Switch!

All your favourite tracks and characters return from the Wii U version just for Nintendo Switch. DLC tracks and characters are included, plus new characters join the roster, too: Inkling Boy and Inkling Girl from Splatoon, King Boo, Dry Bones, and Bowser Jr!

Battle Mode has been revamped and includes Balloon Battle and Bob-omb Blast, with all-new courses such as Urchin Underpass and Battle Stadium, and returning ones like (GCN) Luigi’s Mansion and (SNES) Battle Course 1.

Players can now carry two items at a time, including new items returning from previous Mario Kart games such as Boo, the item-stealing ghost, and the Feather, which gives you a high jump in battle mode.

Players can even choose to use a new Smart Steering feature which makes driving and staying on the track easy for novice players and kids, even at 200cc. Play in TV mode in up to 1080p.

Race your friends anytime and anywhere!
Multiplayer mayhem can be enjoyed in a variety of different ways on Nintendo Switch consoles, with four different methods available to play with friends.

• Up to four friends can play on a single Nintendo Switch console in TV mode, or in tabletop mode by using the stand at the back of  the console and placing it on a flat surface

• Online multiplayer makes a return, allowing for up to two local racers to get involved in 12-player races with others around the world*

• Through Wireless Play, multiple Nintendo Switch consoles can be connected to each other, allowing up to eight people to play together in the same room

• Up to 12 consoles in TV mode can be connected via LAN Play**, with one or two players per connected Nintendo Switch***

Players can also create highlight reels and watch them again via the in-game mode Mario Kart TV, allowing them to save the memories of their greatest successes, or their most glorious failures.

Use your amiibo!
Should players wish to race in style, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe comes with a wide range of amiibo compatibility, including some Super Mario series and all the Animal Crossing series, while Splatoon series of amiibo grant a new racing suit for Mii characters.


*Internet connection required during online play. The registration and linkage of Nintendo Account and acceptance of the Nintendo Account Agreement and Privacy Policy are required. Some online services may not be available in all countries. Online play requires paid online subscription. A free trial of the online subscription service is available until Autumn 2017.

a) a free of charge replacement console, and a partial refund of £50 to the original method of payment; or

b) a full refund of the price paid for the console ordered and the £19.99 delivery charge (payable to original method of payment), together with £50 compensation (payable at customer’s choice, either by BACS, Cheque or onto a Gift card).

• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging (unopened and unused)
• Please note hardware or accessories purchased online may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used);
• The product is in its original packaging and is sealed;
• If you are returning an Xbox Console or Controller the serial number must match the one on your proof of purchase;
• The product and/or digital content has not become mixed inseparably with other items after their purchase;
• The product is complete and contains all component parts as purchased. Items purchased as part of a combined product (for example a combined hardware, games and accessories bundle) can only be returned if all items in the combined product are returned together;
• The product is re-sellable;
• If returning hardware, all the components (cables, memory sticks, controllers, etc.) must be returned;
• The customer is the original purchaser of the product;
  
  In respect of Microsoft Digital Credit, when returning the item:
  
  
• You have a valid proof of purchase and the receipt displaying the code; and
  
• The code has not been redeemed via Xbox Live
• In our reasonable opinion, you have not behaved fraudulently nor are you engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Pokémon Trading Card Packs, Tins & Boxes cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange once opened (including exchanges of any single card or the pack, tin or box as a whole).

These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. A pre-authorisation payment of £1 will be taken from your account. You will be automatically charged the rest of the amount 7 days before release date.

Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order.
